Unlike any of the other highly valued HRCI certifications, the PHRca is distinctive for recognizing HR practitioners as not just masters in the space but as especially knowledgeable and proficient in everything unique in the state of California. HR practitioners who hold the PHRca accreditation are certified masters of California state laws, regulations, and HR management practices.
The PHRca is comprised of four bodies of knowledge: Employment and Employee Relations, Compensation Wage and Hour, Benefits and Leaves of Absence, and Health, Safety, and Worker’s Compensation.
