Day 1: Strategy – Where are the skills?

Join Principal Consultant, Sarah Hernon to understand how to unlock the potential of your managers to mobilize and develop their teams.
Day 5: Systems – Can technology create a human experience?
Technology is essential in a digital world – but should this be at the price of employee experience? HR leaders are often challenged with the need to work with multiple, conflicting HR systems, whilst seeking an employee-centric approach. This session will provide tips on how to use technology as an enabler for career mobility, whilst retaining a truly human focus.
