This is in response to “a faster-than-expected increase in customer demand” as Emirates has already restored 90% of its network and is on track to reach 70% of its pre-pandemic capacity by the end of 2021. Emirates’ recruitment efforts have been underway since September when it launched a global campaign to recruit 3,000 cabin crew and 500 airport services employees for the Dubai hub to meet operational needs resulting from the travel industry’s recovery. . It now needs 700 additional ground operators in Dubai and across its network.

In addition to ground and crew services, the airline aims to provide career opportunities for 600 qualified pilots interested in joining the aviation industry team of the Dubai-based global aviation industry, as well as 1,200 qualified technical personnel, including aeronautical engineers and technical support personnel based in Dubai and other stations as part of the technical team.
