EmployBridge to Acquire Hire Dynamics

EmployBridge, a leading provider of technology solutions for the industrial workforce in the United States, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hire Dynamics. Hire Dynamics is a leading provider of light industry solutions in the Southeastern United States, with annual sales of more than $450 million.

This transaction builds on recent investment in the EmployBridge platform by funds managed by Apollo and underscores EmployBridge’s commitment to opportunities for growth, innovation, and expansion. In conclusion, EmployBridge will be led by Billy Milam, current CEO of Hire Dynamics, and Michael Miles, the current CEO of EmployBridge, will become Executive Chairman of the Board. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction must be completed by the end of November.

Mr. Milam joined Hire Dynamics in 2019 as CEO and, under his leadership, the company has doubled in size and received numerous awards for satisfying the best customers and talent. Before joining Hire Dynamics, Mr. Milam held various senior leadership roles at RaceTrac, one of the nation’s largest supermarket operators, throughout a 20-year career with the company, most recently also as President and Chief Operating Officer.
