HR Service Partners (HRSP) focuses on customer service and integration and appoints new leadership positions

HR Service Partners (HRSP) announces the appointment of Trishia Masias and Mary Carter, CMA, to their new roles. Masias, who holds the position of Director of Customer Service at HRSP, will become Director of Operations. Carter, who holds the position of auditor for the HR Service Partners, will now assume the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Focusing on Customer Service
HR Service Partners operates with the notion that genuine customer service comes through technology and integration by improving methods of communication between its organization and clients. Masias will oversee the expansion of client relationships focused and targeted customer service.

Integrating Clients Through Technology
As HRSP continues to ease the process of client communication, it will also employ new and innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiencies. Carter will oversee the execution and integration of software for employee training, engagement, and process development.
