The Instructional Design Academy was established as a training program to nurture talent and create career opportunities. Candidates must first pass a simple online aptitude test. After completing the free four-week intensive program – consisting of 100 eight-hour sessions per day – they will have the opportunity to work at Emeritus. Interns also receive a scholarship.
ID Academy offers career opportunities for anyone interested, regardless of age, qualifications, background, or experience. Graduates, mothers returning to work, professionals and experienced professionals unemployed due to Covid-19 can also apply.
Professional training and guidance will be provided by industry experts. Participants will learn firsthand about job expectations and culture in the e-learning field.
